Water Communion: A Celebration of Unity and Renewal

Join us this Sunday, September 8, at the Unitarian Universalist Congregation of Tuscaloosa (UUCT) for our annual Water Communion service—a meaningful tradition that celebrates unity, renewal, and the shared journey of our community. This year is especially significant as we welcome Reverend Julie Conrady in person to lead us in this cherished ritual.

The Water Communion invites each of us to bring a small amount of water from a place that holds personal significance—whether it’s from a summer vacation, your home, or even your kitchen tap. As we gather together, we’ll combine these waters into a communal bowl, symbolizing the coming together of our diverse experiences into a shared purpose.

We look forward to seeing you for this special communion, whether you’re a long-time member or new to our congregation. All are welcome!

Mark your calendar and join us at 10:00 a.m. for a morning of reflection, renewal, and community spirit.
